Manager, Finance

Background/Work Experience Required:

To be considered, candidates should have:

• MBA (preferred)
• 5 - 7 years of financial trending
• 5 - 7 years of variance analysis
• 5 - 7 years budgeting experience
• Experience providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization (i.e. evaluation of potential acquisitions/mergers and investments)
• Highly proficient in Excel Spreadsheets and overall MS software applications

• Excellent organizational skills with frequent multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The Manager of Finance will be responsible for:

• Variance analysis - operating expenses.
• Financial trending - revenue and operating expenses.
• Create budget for revenue and operating expenses.
• Create and maintain financial models and drivers.
• Interact with Sales and Operations on a regular basis.
• Act as liaison between Finance/Accounting and operations groups.
